This place was better than expected. It was an entire studio apartment but somehow everything was still separated. It has a dining area, bedroom, full kitchen, and a living room area and TV. The pictures do it no justice. It was so spacious and everything was cleaned really well which was my favorite part. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
Cozy place. Nice and private. Upstairs neighbors at the time were a little loud and night owls but other than that the stay was nice. The host is pretty strict on check out though. I received a call about 10 min after the check out time seeing if I was out of the unit yet. To be fair though, I had just walked out of the unit and was still in the driveway. Other than that, the place should served it's purpose.

Katie's place was as described and pictures shown. The instructions were clear. It was very clean and I had no concerns. This was the first time I've had to provide my home address for an Airbnb stay- this was a alarming but I quickly realized Katie's place is managed by a rental property group, so it was fine. I recommend this stay and if in the area will stay again!
Very nice and cozy space. I felt safe and secure in the home and neighborhood. I know the neighborhood in which the home is in is doing a slow transformation. Katie, the host, was very nice and helpful. She seems to specialize in hospitality. I appreciate her.

I used this Airbnb for 2 weeks. The Airbnb was lovely, quiet area and not to fair from downtown and midtown. The code getting into the home was easy, safe and accessible. The pictures matched in real life. There was parking available and the host was accommodating and lovely. The only thing I noticed was some fruit flies, and we didn’t have any food/fruit left out so wasn’t sure where they were…

A beautiful place for a couple. The pull out bed was not really a full pull out, but comfortable nonetheless. Everything was beautiful and convenient. I would stay again for sure.

Beautiful place, located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to downtown. We were never more than 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do.

Great place to stay!
A lovely home - very clean, spacious layout, and a kitchen well stocked to meet essential needs. While I wouldn't call the neighborhood Cascade, the location was absolutely convenient for getting many places in the heart of Atlanta while also offering a quiet place to rest under the trees. And Katie is a wonderful and responsive host who made sure all was well!

I had a great stay with my sister and two dogs! Host were very responsive and very friendly and understanding. Everything was 15-20mins away without traffic. Exactly as described! It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely choose this one again for future trips. A friend and I went to have a short getaway to go out and explore ! This place made us feel very comfortable and was provided with all our needs, very easy place to get to everything is so close, has a good distance from the busy roads and very friendly area. If you are looking to get a place in Atlanta I would definitely recommend here.

Cozy site with lots of household items in the kitchen for preparing meals. AC worked great in the heat of the summer. There was lots of lights to make the space feel cheerful. The bed was comfy. The hosts were responsive. There was an issue with the door code that they solved immediately. All in all a good stay.

Clean and convenient
This little spot is a gem! It was more than enough space for me my hubby and our 3 year old! Everything is so clean and easy to use. The recommendations were amazing too! We had a relaxing and adventurous time in Atlanta!

I stayed here with two of my friends/line sisters for Atlanta Greek Picnic weekend, and Katie was so kind and responsive! The AirBNB looked exactly like the pictures, it was very comfortable and accommodating, and it was only about 10-15 minutes away from most of the activities we did while in Atlanta! We really enjoyed our stay!

Katie’s place was a great spot for us to crash during our quick trip to ATL for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. She was accommodating of our scheduling needs, and everything was well set up an clean when we arrived. The drive into downtown was accurately described and she provided local recommendations.

I was just in and out for a meeting at the convention, I did not really cook meals there but it serves my needs adequately. She also left a few Reesie‘s cups, cans of soup, and a microwave popcorn that came in handy the first night. I will go back again

Katie was extremely accommodating and very responsive. We loved our stay and would definitely return. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and we even left our uhaul trailer in the driveway while we went to the Georgia Aquarium without any problems. Aquarium/downtown area was about 15-20 minutes away.
Katie’s place was so great! The street was quiet and safe and the inside was so clean and spacious! They really did a wonderful job making it comfortable. There is even an outdoor patio space if you need it. Check in and out was easy and she was quick to answer any questions!

Katie’s place is truly a hidden gem as it was exceptionally clean, very quiet, nice interior decor, as well as has a super comfy bed. My wife, 3 year son and I throughly enjoyed our stay. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. I highly recommend it and would stay here again the next time I’m in town!

If there's a measure for what an Airbnb should be, than most others should be compared to what Katie has put together here. You'll find all the amenities, comfy touch, and cleanliness welcome you as you enter. Plus, Katie kept in touch the entire time and was very attentive to our needs. 5 star!!!
