Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your booking of accommodations with Silver Group Rentals, Atlanta, Georgia ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.
1. Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only once checkout is complete and your payment has been successfully charged. We may decline or cancel a reservation, including for suspected fraud, misrepresentation, a violation of these Terms or house rules, or if the home becomes unavailable.
2. Payment, fees and taxes
You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, which may include nightly rates, fees, deposits and applicable taxes. A temporary hold may be placed on your payment method for incidentals or damage. Pay-over-time options are provided by third parties under their own terms.
3. Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation policy shown for your home before you book, and on your confirmation, applies to your reservation. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
4. Guest conduct and house rules
Only registered guests may stay at the home. You must follow the home's occupancy limits, house rules, HOA rules and quiet hours. Parties and events require our prior written approval. Illegal activity and smoking where prohibited are not allowed. We may end a stay without a refund for violations.
5. Damage and liability
You are responsible for damage to the home and its contents beyond normal wear and tear caused during your stay. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the reservation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Assumption of risk
Pools, hot tubs, kitchens, outdoor areas and other amenities are used at your own risk. You are responsible for supervising minors and everyone in your party.
7. Intellectual property
Content on this website belongs to Silver Group Rentals or its licensors. Do not copy or redistribute it without our written permission.
8. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the website means you accept them.
