It felt like home

The process was easy, the host quite responsive. The location is awesome, as it is a quick walk to so many wonderful things downtown and MARTA. There were four bathrooms spread across three floors, which was terrific with a group of five people. Great spot! Home is as pictured. Very clean and we were able to walk to the stadium. We had no issues with the AC, lol. Will stay here again if ever in the area.

Beautiful townhome that was just like the pictures. Located in the heart of the city with lots to do in a walkable area. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely book here or with any of their residences again.

Needed a space close to the AU Center for tours for the colleges with my son. The location was perfect. Close to campuses and very neat and well maintained. The garage and gated entry were a plus. The weather didn’t allow us to use the rooftop deck but it would be great during warmer weather.

Enjoyed our stay. Our teens enjoyed the arcades and rooftop. We caught a nice sunset and the location was perfect for our staycation! Host was very responsive and flexible.

Really liked the Mario’s townhouse. Clean, easy to find, and easy to use. We went to an event at the State Farm Arena. Very walkable to Merceds Benz and State Farm. Not a ton of things around the townhouse it seems for food and what not. The redevelopment of the stadium district hasn’t yet made it all the way down. So at some point at night the walk back from the Arena feels a little sketchy.…

We had a hiccup when our original reservation was canceled by the host sighting a maintenance issue, just hours before check-in. In a panic we found this place and booked without doing much research. We were lucky to find this place, it was better than original booking and less expensive. we smiled the whole weekend. Every place we went was just a 10-15 minute drive away. Overall everything was good, and I would likely stay here again. Mario was a good communicator. But things were done outside the AirBNB app. most of the communication and rules were done outside this platform. Made me nervous and was somewhat difficult. It all worked out in the end. But this was not a typical second home of someone, but instead an investment property, that was in a daily rental program.

I can’t say enough about our stay. Our host was exceptionally great. We loved the lay out of the house. It was definitely one of the greatest stays we’ve had and will be a returning family. You will not go wrong with any part of this transaction. You get all your money worth!
