This is our new house to rent when we come to Atlanta. No more hotels, very comfortable affordable and just like home. Very clean and quiet area. 10 out of 10 I will recommend. Kids love it!!

Surprisingly quiet neighborhood(not much noise or traffic) for how close to downtown it’s located. Very clean, cozy, and updated! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future!

Great place to stay at. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. Not far from major stadiums such as mercedes benz or state farm arena. Would book again for sure.

Our stay here whole in Atlanta was amazing the home was clean and felt very welcoming. Our host was so nice and responsive check in and check out was easy. Wish there was extra blankets but overall 10 outta 10 thank you !

wonderful home would book again

This was our second stay here (in town for IPPE) everything was great again and we will be planning more stays here in the future.

Great place to stay when you’re in the Atlanta area, very accommodating. The listing is close to everything, 10-20 minutes drive tops! Mario was very responsive during the one time that I had to reach out to her. I would definitely book again whenever I’m in town.

Super nice location the super host was great made accommodations as far me checking in early and checking out a couple hours then expected. I recommend this place.

Mario’s place was exactly as advertised. Actually better than the pictures. Nice clean and spacious! The home is located in Bankhead but we felt very safe, they did a beautiful job on the remodel. No complaints!

This is my second time staying on one of Mairo’s properties and it was just as great as the first. Everything is as described and she is a very kind and responsive host. Would recommend any properties by this host if you are ever in the area.

Great Stay

The rooms and living spaces were spacious and clean. The living room furniture was not very comfortable or big for a larger group. The kitchen was large and very clean. Would book again.

The house was exactly like it is in the photos - so clean, cute, put together very well. They had a cute little digital frame welcoming us to the home. I thought that was a nice touch. :) I did message Mairo with a concern I had and she answered almost immediately - she is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly book again if we are back in the area! 10/10 recommend.

Honestly the house itself was amazing and I know me and my friends will have tons of memories to remember from there! Everything was easy to use and the host was amazing and helped us when we slipped up and made a dumb mistake :). Overall an amazing stay is recommend it and I’d even stay there again

Great place minutes away from downtown

The space was very welcoming and in a very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was newly remodeled. I was a bit concerned about the location, but had no trouble in the neighborhood. I would recommend that visitors are aware that the steep staircase is the only point of entry. We had three toddlers and a granny with us. Located less than twenty minutes from the aquarium. Very good host and a peaceful, enjoyable stay.

Came to Atlanta to hang out with our sister chapter from Delta Phi Delta Dance Fraternity INC. before our Founders Day. And the house was so beautiful, it accommodated my sorority sisters and myself VERY well. And the house was pretty close to all the locations we went too. Great spot, had everything I needed, love the pac man game that was there, everywhere was comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing.
